The placement of the last Proton is debatable. It has a similar configuration (most likely) as the Fluorine element (19).
Both COULD have a different position,
1 is the complete neutral ending on the N01 nuclet. or on top of the 'pole' Which often works like a ' conveyor belt of protons (neutrons) and this position is involved in nuclear transformations.
This is the Cl 36 isotope which will decay into Ar 36.
