The pattern repeats at every level.

Fractal dispersion of charge is the simplest possible propagation.

Aether pressure always tries to equalize. Discharge is not always possible but the filaments will transfer released aether from one volume that has excess, to another that can take more. Fractally, chaotically, at random.
